Stypendium EBC dla kobiet

W tym roku wybierzemy 15 stypendystek. Na stypendium składają się:

• kwota 10 tys. euro,
• wizyta studyjna w Europejskim Banku Centralnym obejmująca specjalne wydarzenia, np. spotkanie z przedstawicielkami Women in Leadership Network – sieci EBC na rzecz kobiet na stanowiskach kierowniczych,
• zdobycie wiedzy na temat działalności EBC w zakresie bankowości centralnej i nadzoru bankowego,
• poznanie innych stypendystek i dołączenie do społeczności absolwentek programu stypendialnego,
• porady i wsparcie mentorskie ze strony ekonomisty lub eksperta EBC w dziedzinie nadzoru bankowego, statystyki, nauk inżynierskich lub informatyki.

Aby kwalifikować się do udziału w programie, kandydatki muszą spełniać następujące kryteria:

• obywatelstwo jednego z państw UE,
• podjęte lub planowane studia magisterskie w dziedzinie ekonomii, statystyki, nauk inżynierskich lub informatyki na uniwersytecie lub w szkole biznesu w Europie,
• braki w finansowaniu, które mogą uniemożliwić kontynuację studiów,
• ukończone studia pierwszego stopnia (tj. licencjackie) z celującymi wynikami.

EBC jako pracodawca sprzyjający włączeniu społecznemu stara się reprezentować różnorodność społeczeństwa, któremu służy. W ramach stypendium chcemy dać wyraz temu włączającemu podejściu i reprezentować różnorodność kobiet w UE. Zachęcamy kandydatki do nadsyłania zgłoszeń bez względu na wiek, niepełnosprawność, pochodzenie etniczne lub rasowe, przekonania religijne, orientację seksualną lub inne cechy.

Zgłoszenia można nadsyłać do 15 maja.

The ECB Scholarship for Women is an initiative supporting female scholars from low-income background in pursuing a Master’s degree in the field of economics, statistics, computing and engineering.  

This year, the scholarship will be offered to 15 outstanding candidates who will: 

• Receive a grant of €10,000 
• Attend a study visit at the European Central Bank with dedicated activities, such as meeting with the ECB Women in Leadership Network 
• Gain insight into the ECB’s central banking and banking supervision functions 
• Meet fellow scholars and join the alumni community 
• Receive advice and mentoring from an ECB economist or expert in the field of banking supervision, statistics, engineering or computing.  

To be considered eligible for the programme, the candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria: 

• A woman and a national of an EU country; 
• Currently enrolled, or are about to enroll, in a master’s course in economics, statistics, engineering or computing at a European university or business school; 
• Facing a funding gap that may prevent them from pursuing their studies; 
• Completed an undergraduate degree with excellent grades (i.e. for bachelor’s degree)
