Process modeling – International Summer School of the Faculty of Management

The summer school was implemented under the program of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange - SPINAKER - Intensive International Education Programs - International summer schools of the Warsaw University of Technology. As part of the classes, teachers from the Faculty of Management familiarized participants with the basics of managing business, logistics and production processes. The acquired knowledge was supplemented by classes related to the concepts and methods of process improvement and the effectiveness of the processes. The participants learned the basics of process modeling and simulation in the following programs: IBM WebSphere Business Modeler and FlexSim.

Participants from various universities have the opportunity to make new friends and learn about Polish culture. During the trip, they had the opportunity to get to know Warsaw and verify the acquired knowledge during the city game.
