International Summer School
As part of the International Summer School of the Faculty of Management, entitled "Process modeling", we offer people who would like to learn, the basics of modeling and improving processes in an enterprise. The programme of the summer school is dedicated mainly to foreign students of the first or second degree. Polish students can also take part in the summer school. It will be an opportunity for the students to increase their competencies in the selected scientific area and obtain new practical knowledge.
The International Summer School of the Faculty of Management - Process modeling is implemented in two editions in Summer 2022 and Summer 2023. The estimated number of foreign students in each edition is 10 participants. After completing the course, each participant will receive a summer school graduation certificate from the Faculty of Management. The summer school programme has been prepared in such a way as to enable students to achieve 5 ECTS.

International Summer School of the Faculty of Management - Process modeling - Edition 1
On September 5-16, 2022, the first edition of the International Summer School of the Faculty of Management Process modeling took place, attended by students from abroad. The summer school was implemented under the program of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange - SPINAKER - Intensive International Education Programs - International summer schools of the Warsaw University of Technology.
As part of the classes, teachers from the Faculty of Management familiarized participants with the basics of managing business, logistics and production processes. The acquired knowledge was supplemented by classes related to the concepts and methods of process improvement and the effectiveness of the processes. The participants learned the basics of process modeling and simulation in the following programs: IBM WebSphere Business Modeler and FlexSim.
Participants of the summer school had the opportunity to sightsee Warsaw with the city guide and visit the Royal Castle as part of the program.
