Before the Mobility
Application procedure
All nominated students must apply via online system: IRK.
Nominations
Nomination should be sent by email: incoming.erasmus@pw.edu.pl
Nomination deadline in each academic year:
winter semester: 30 April.
summer semester: 31 October.
Application period
Winter semester/whole academic year: 4 May - 31 May
Summer semester: 2-30 November

During the Mobility
If you want to rearrange your Learning Agreement, fill in the "During the Mobility" section of your original document. Indicate the courses you want to drop or add. Next, provide your home university with the document in order to get changes accepted. After you collect the signature from your university, provide us with the document to confirm the rearrangement.
After the Mobility
When your Erasmus mobility comes to an end, visit the Faculty's International Office to obtain a stamp and a signature on the certificate of departure. Transcripts of records are usually sent within two weeks after the end of a semester, directly to your University by post. Spread the word about our university and share your experience - your feedback is very valuable for us.
