The prestigious award of HR Excellence in Research for the Warsaw University of Technology
The award is granted by the European Commission within the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers – HRS4R, aimed at increasing the attractiveness of working conditions, career development, mobility, and substantative and financial support for research projects.
HR Excellence in Research may be applied for by institutions that implement the HRS4R Strategy, follow the rules and guidelines included in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the recruitment of researchers.
HR Excellence in Research brings the distinguished institutions certain benefits: it is prestigious, increases the attractiveness of employment and of doing research, and it also gives an advantage in international grant competitions run by the European Commission.
Work within the project was done by the Team led by Małgorzata Sidor-Rządkowska, PhD, DSc, with the support of the Proxies for the HR Logo (the present Monitoring Group).
The award was granted on the basis of an application signed by Professor Krzysztof Zaremba, WUT Rector. Development of the application was coordinated by Professor Mariusz Malinowski, Vice-Rector for Research, with the Research Section.
