Procedure

Before the Mobility

Once you have been qualified to participate in Erasmus+ program at the home institution, your university should officially nominate you for an exchange period by email (at international.wz@pw.edu.pl; please enter as a subject: "Erasmus Nominations Erasmus_code"). The message must contain your full name, sex, contact details and a desired mobility period. We confirm whether you have been accepted or not afterwards, by sending an acceptance letter.

Once you have received an acceptance letter, you may start the application procedure. Please download and complete the following documents, and send scans at international.wz@pw.edu.pl (please enter as a subject: "Erasmus Application, your full name"). If your university provided you with their own forms, please do not use them instead.

Additionally, enclose the following:

  • scan of your photo
  • transcript of records
  • scan of your ID card or passport
  • proof of English proficiency (ie. FCE, TOEFL, or fill in the form if you do not hold any of the widely recognized certificates)

Academic calendar is available under this link. If you want to secure a place in a dormitory, please visit the Accommodation Commission website (mind the deadlines!). Before you arrive in Warsaw, procure your health insurance card. It is highly advised to request an Erasmus Mentor assistance. As soon as you get the signed documents back, you are ready to start your mobility.

Addendum: WUT's Faculty of Management does not have infrastructure to welcome students and staff with disabilities. WUT does not provide any help in finding an accommodation outside the campus.

During the Mobility

If you want to rearrange your Learning Agreement, fill in the "During the Mobility" section of your original document. Indicate the courses you want to drop or add. Next, provide your home university with the document in order to get changes accepted. After you collect the signature from your university, provide us with the document to confirm the rearrangement.

After the Mobility

When your Erasmus mobility comes to an end, visit the Faculty's International Office to obtain a stamp and a signature on the certificate of departure. Transcripts of records are usually sent within two weeks after the end of a semester, directly to your University by post. Spread the word about our university and share your experience - your feedback is very valuable for us.
