As part of the cooperation, students will receive free access to the full version of the system. The software will be used during classes in engineering, master's, and postgraduate programs – both in courses dedicated to project management and in team and diploma projects. Exercises are no longer purely theoretical: students define the scope, build a schedule, assign resources, and track progress in the same environment used by project managers in companies.

FlexiProject is PPM software for different industries – it is used by manufacturing, construction, and energy companies, IT organizations, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and public administration units. The system enables, among other things:

• building and controlling a project schedule using an interactive Gantt chart,
• managing budgets, risks, resources, and project documentation,
• defining project charters, milestones, and business goals,
• automating reporting, project reviews, and team communication,
• managing programs and project portfolios along with assessing their priorities.

Working with a professional system allows students to learn not only the tool but, above all, the logic of running a project: from the business case and planning, through budgeting and risk management, to monitoring progress and evaluating results. Students also gain experience in teamwork in an environment where tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities are clearly assigned and decisions are made based on data.

The cooperation between Warsaw University of Technology and FlexiProject combines academic knowledge with the realities of project work. Already during their studies, students work in a project portfolio management tool they will later encounter in organizations, entering the job market with competencies that are among the most important criteria when recruiting for project teams and project management offices (PMOs).
