MSc in MSE class sizes are kept small, not exceeding 25 students. Qualified candidates are considered on a “first come basis”, provided that we have received all of the appropriate documents and the application process is complete. Therefore we encourage prospective students to apply as early as possible.

EU citizens and Polish Charter: admissions for Fall Semester 2018 start in April.

Citizens of foreign countries applying for Master's in Management of Sustainable Enterprise on the same conditions as citizens of Poland must register at http://www.zapisy.pw.edu.pl. Next, an application fee of the amount given must be paid into an individually given bank account, which will be accompanied by the confirmation of registration.

As soon as the application fee is entered into the bank system, the applicant gets the confirmation of payment on its own page in the registration portal and obtains the official status of a study candidate.

Applicants will additionally be verified by the results of analysis of their B.Sc. studies documents. Therefore it is necessary to submit the copies of all required documents as soon as possible to the International Office of Faculty of Management.

Updates on admission status (deadlines, results, etc.) are shown on the bulletin board in the Faculty building.

Required documents

  • the higher education diploma (at least undergraduate) in Business Administration/Management/Economics/Commerce etc. (if Candidates did not study Business-related courses, he/she will be required to take complementary courses offered by Faculty of Management) submitted together with two important requirements: 
    • Legalization or apostille depending on country in which the document was issued, 
    • Eligibility statement saying that document allows to continue education on appropriate (M.Sc.) level; 
  • photocopy of diploma supplement (with its original available upon request) or official transcript of grades; 
  • photocopy of International Baccalaureate diploma (IB) or secondary-school leaving examination certificate or other document obtained abroad considered to be equivalent to respective Polish maturity certificate; 
  • the copy of passport pages with three required elements: personal information, photo and signature; 
  • document certifying the right for applying for study programme according to rules applicable to Polish nationals; 
  • document that certifies the candidate's possession of health insurance or casualty insurance for the period of studying in Poland, or photocopy of the European Health Insurance Card, or a declaration of taking out the insurance in the National Health Fund (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia) immediately upon start of first semester; 
  • two photographs (35mm x 45 mm) taken according to the guidelines for issuing identity cards;
  • application fee payment receipt.

Tuition fee

1000 PLN per semester (valid for Academic Year 2017/2018). This does not cover costs of books and supplies, etc. Students may incur other costs pursuant to separate provisions, i.e. course retake fees or complementary courses fees). It is possible to split the payment into two installments (after second semester of studies).

Non-EU candidates

Non-EU candidates: admissions for Fall Semester 2018 start in April.

Admission process

Candidates must apply through https://www.students.pw.edu.pl/. The procedure is maintained by the International Students Office (not to be confused with the International Office of FoM).

Updates on admission status (deadlines, results, etc.) are shown on the bulletin board in the Faculty building and on your online account. Furthermore, it is advised to check the account frequently for status updates.

Required documents

  • the higher education diploma (at least undergraduate) in Business Administration/Management/Economics/Commerce etc. (if Candidates did not study Business-related courses, he/she will be required to take complementary courses offered by Faculty of Management) submitted together with two important requirements: 
    • Legalization or apostille depending on country in which the document was issued, 
    • Eligibility statement saying that document allows to continue education on appropriate (M.Sc.) level; 
  • eligibility/migration certificate;
  • international B2 English language certificate;
  • tuition fee payment receipt (it is possible to split the payment into two installments).
